Life Coaching
Life coaching is still a relatively new concept. It is a talking therapy which helps you to find out where your life is needing attention. It is a cognitive therapy differing from 'counselling' because you concentrate on the present and future, rather then looking at the past for reasons it looks ahead to find solutions, strategies, motivation and focus.

You! If you are looking for a way to balance your life, want to aim higher in your career, start a new business or need some self confidence building this is the way forward.
Most life coaching is conducted over the telephone. Some of you may need several sessions while others may just need one session which can open up your main issue and your coach would be able to help you there and then!
