What is 'The Exchange' 

Just because you're on maternity leave, you don't have to let your skills go dormant! 'The Exchange' is simply a great way of keepng your skills alive and current and getting something in return!

'The Exchange' is simply exchanging your skills, services, knowledge with someone else who has a skill, knowledge or service that you need. No money changes hands. It's a really great way to get jobs done for free!

For example, you are a solicitor on maternity leave and someone needs some basic legal advice or a letter written, you could go onto 'the exchange' notice board and offer this service...in return you may have someone offer to do some decorating or gardening for you.
